I do hope whichever one of youse made this wiki plans on cleaning it up so it isn't a horrible mess.
I'd suggest making pages for individual characters so as to establish "voice" guides (that is to say, how a character's dialogue should be phrased), making glossaries of in-game terms, providing space for multiple translations of the same lines of text (the more interpretations you get, the better…probably), a general style guide (personally I prefer the "TRANSLATE EVERYTHING" approach, including honorifics, but that's just me), etc. Also, a list of what needs to be done, and a place for people to "claim" particular parts to work on.
There should definitely be a page dedicated to discussing how to go about "localizing" jokes and phrases that really won't make any sense to even the weeaboo shut-ins (iitran's very good at this, so consider asking for advice there or looking at their projects for examples; a good model is the Homeo and Homeko strips), and the inevitable puns that will be completely untranslatable and will need to be replaced. There isn't really room for translation notes in a video game.
Plopping every last line of text in here should obviously be a top priority, but if this project is to have any hope of surviving (or even getting off the ground!), it needs to be presented in a way that makes it easy for people to contribute. People will lose interest much faster if it's a hassle to navigate and utilize the wiki. So make it look nice while people are still excited about it!
